Commissioning/Development work

1. Health and social need assessments and appraisals of services and protection policies (e.g. JSNA, profiles, policy diagnostics and economic modelling)

2. Characterization of target populations and health systems for pharmaceutical products, including disease burden, supply and utilization patterns, cost –effectiveness of relevant treatments protocols, reimbursement and purchasing frameworks.

3. Design, planning and reconfiguration of health services and interventions, including business cases, cost-effectiveness studies, budgets profiles and financial management plans

4. Training and staff development in Commissioning, Planning and Public Health /Community Medicine

Management of Risks and Pharmacovigilance

5. Monitoring and evaluation of health and social services
-reporting indicators and outcomes to users and regulators
-Evaluations and audits to facilitate evidence based improvements and commissioning, including cost benefit analysis and economic modelling

6. Pharmacovigilance
Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and related services - MedDRA coding and Pharmacovigilance database entry, including;
-Medical Triage of reports to ascertain classification and assess the priority and compliance timelines
-Medical Review/Assessment assessment and verification of labelling, narrative and CIOMS comment; identification and request of missing information

Dr Dyna Arhin is a Health Economist and Social Policy Expert (PhD from LSE and Masters from University of York). She is also a Public Health Physician (UK GMC Specialist Registration).
